Eastern Corporate Federal Credit Union (“EasCorp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards. Our goals towards accessibility include, but are not limited to, providing content that is clearly written and descriptive; designing text, color, contrast, and graphics appropriately; and ensuring that essential site functions work with assistive technology.

We follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), which define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. WCAG has three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. EasCorp’s website is partially conformant for WCAG 2.2, Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content may not fully conform to the accessibility standard.

The following site features that may fall below the 2.2 AA standard:

• Videos or other embedded content may not include sufficient captions or other supports
• Insufficient or incomplete alternative text or alternative tags for images
• Insufficient, misleading, or poor hyperlink text

This website is cross-browser tested to support the current versions of the following major browsers: Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, Mobile Safari, Mobile Android Browser, and Google Chrome and Samsung Browser on Android and iOS.

Third-Party Sites

We may link from our website to third-party websites, including, but not limited to, YouTube, the National Credit Union Administration, and industry/service partners. These third party sites, which may or may not host EasCorp content, and are not managed by us, may present accessibility challenges outside of our control.
