Join us for EasCorp’s Annual Meeting and Membership Conference — a time to reflect on our collective progress, review our companies’ financial position and business strategies, and engage in conversations that shape our shared future. This year, we’ll focus on preparing our organizations for long-term growth through digital and workforce transformation. As new technologies, market dynamics, and evolving business models reshape how we work and how we serve our communities, our discussions will center on readiness, resilience, and innovation.
Following our business meeting, a panel of credit union executives will explore how their organizations are building digitally fluent, agile, and productive teams—equipped to deliver new service innovations and strengthen member engagement. The panel will be moderated by Jon Jeffreys, President/CEO of Callahan & Associates, and features Laurie Butz, President and CEO of Capital Credit Union; Ami Iceman-Haueter, Chief Experience Officer at MSU Federal Credit Union; and, Brenda Jaimes, Head of Value Management Office at Technology Credit Union.
We’ll close the program with a keynote address from Shawn DuBravac, technology trendcaster and New York Times bestselling author, who will examine how innovation is redefining human work in financial services. Drawing on research in consumer behavior, workforce transformation, payments innovation, and AI, DuBravac will share his insights on which roles will matter most in the years ahead—and how credit unions can balance innovation, regulation, and mission to build future-ready, resilient teams. He’ll also discuss why he believes cooperative financial institutions are uniquely positioned to thrive in an increasingly automated world.
Refreshments
A deluxe continental breakfast will be served between 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. ET. Hot and cold beverages will be available throughout the day, and sweet treats will be served before our keynote address.

The Annual Meeting and Membership Conference is held at the Conference Center at Bentley University, LaCava Center, at 175 Forest Street in Waltham, MA.

This event is open to officials from EasCorp’s member credit unions and other invited guests. We encourage our voting delegates to attend and to bring members of their executive teams. To register more than four attendees, please submit another registration form.
