In the first webinar of a two-part series, Laura Sehres and Lynn Heckler of Blupact Culture will discuss “Culture as Strategy: Managing Culture as a Core Credit Union Asset.” This session frames organizational culture as something to be managed with the same intentionality a credit union brings to its other strategic assets. We’ll learn how to understand and evaluate organizational culture, its impact on internal and external relations, and its behavior under business pressures.
